There are online booking services provided by us, which is crusted with certain ‘IMAZINE HOLIDAYS terms and condition that is applicable to our customers. Following states our booking terms and conditions:-

IMAZINE HOLIDAYS go through easy and convenient payment transactions. With the support of our online gateways payment system, credit card payments with Master card and Visa are done smoothly without any hurdles. One can be rest assured of the confidentiality and security, each of these online payment procedures contain. Concerns about bank details leaking out can be put to rest, as your bank is directly linked with each and every transaction performed from our end. You will be intimated by your bank, as soon as the transactions take charge. In cases where the credit card payment gets stalled due to some reason, then alternate solutions hit your desk within a quick 72 hour time span.

• By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
• By Electronic money transfer (RTGS & NEFT)

Transaction confirmation 

Every transaction is accompanied by a confirmation email, focusing on the legalization of the transaction. If the confirmation email does not reach the inbox with a specified time frame, then junk and spam folders may contain it.
Our package booking terms and conditions also involves the role of internet banking facilities, wherein through our website of www.imazineholidays.com safely and securely debits the amount from your bank directly through our gateway system. Often customers worry about the privacy of their passwords. Our Banking policy statement ensures and assures our customers to be tension free, as the password is the sole responsibility of our customer and the bank details goes into our database through a one way encrypted form. This means that we do not have any sort of access towards any personal or account related information that could be used for ill purposes.

Refund And Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 

We are very particular about our cancellation terms and conditions. When a cancellation comes in the picture, it is mandatory on the part of the customer to produce it in words through email. Cancellation charges commence from the date of the email sent and these charges are applicable for emails that have been registered from the duration of less than a month onwards.

The Normal cancelation charges are as follows:

• 07 days before to check in date – 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND).
• 14 days to 08 days before to arrival - 35% service taken/Tour charges
• 29 days to 15 days before to arrival -25% service taken/Tour charges
• 30 days before to arrival – no cancellation charges but the processing charges
• As per Hotel booking & Transportation service provider policies.


Refund Policy

In the cases of refund situations, it is purely determined keeping in mind the cancellation policy. 2 to 4 weeks counts the duration required for the refund process to be completed keeping foot with the bank procedures.

Any refund to be paid will be reimbursed to the traveler subsequent to receipt of the repayment from respective authorities after deducting the processing charges.

Lastly, it is very essential for the customers to understand the significance of high occupancy time, as this time does not get along well with the refund amount transactions. But we try our level best in assuring any amount of refund on a positive

Peak Session Policy

Valid from (Dec 10 – Jan 10) and (May 01-June 01)

During above mention peak session Balance Payment should be deposited within 5 days, after receiving confirmation vouchers from the company.
In case of Cancellation, there is 100% retention charge means no refund for above mention peak session bookings.
75% of total payment would be receive from the guest to firm, rest of 25% within 5 days after receiving hotel vouchers from the company or before 30 days prior to your tour start.
